The staff at the hotel were accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to check in early, a big plus. The service was really good throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a great location, close to shopping malls, a night market, and the MRT. The fitness facilities were also amazing, and we enjoyed the pool.

We had an absolutely luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities such as a private pool and lounge area. the service was top-notch, with attentive staff catering to our every need. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the city.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which was a bit far from some of the main attractions. this was easily remedied by the hotel's excellent transportation options.

the hotel staff were excellent and attentive to all of our requests. the exclusive amenities were top notch , we especially enjoyed the spa lounge and rooftop pool with stunning city views. the in, room breakfast was a lovely touch and the location near several malls and night markets made it easy to explore the area.
the infinity pool was lovely, but due to its shaded location, it was much colder than we expected , it may be something to keep in mind for those who are sensitive to cooler water temperatures.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a lovely city view. The bathroom was super clean clean, and they provided high-quality amenities. The hotel facilities were great, including a gym and an excellent pool. The location was perfect, right next to the Jodd Fairs night market with fantastic Thai street food options. there was a mall nearby for convenient shopping.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Our room at Somerset was super clean and had a cozy, homely feel with modern decor. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed fine views from our high floor. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive and kind. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to the MRT, jodds fair night market, a huge mall, and even temples. The rooms are spacious and clean, with super white towels and sheets. The staff go above and beyond to assist guests, especially those with special needs. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a well-equipped fitness center. The complimentary shuttle to the nearby shopping center is a convenient perk.
There have been some language difficulties with the restaurant staff.
